Our Memorial Day Weekend Plant Sale is Lucayda Farm's biggest sale of the year. Every plant start you purchase is a powerful investment in a sustainable, healthy and equitable food future.
Tips for Happy Shopping:
Plan your shopping list in advance. Staff will be available to help you find the plants you need. Bring your wagons, carts, boxes and flats. These items will help you safely transport your plants around the sale. Prices range from $5-30 depending on variety. Most plants are $5-8. The $30 plants are specialty varieties and some indoor houseplants! You’ll find an amazing selection of tantalizing veggies to choose from, including summer crops like tomatoes, peppers, and berries, foodie favorites, heirloom varieties, culinary herbs, edible flowers, and pollinator plants. Perfect for summer gardens! Plus, all of the plants are the best varieties to grow successfully in our New England climate. The easiest parking is no parking! Carpool, Street parking will be available near our entrance (91 Valley View Drive, Cranston RI 02921). Parking will be limited.

No Problem... Find us at the new farmers market: Farm Fresh RI (10 Sims Ave. Unit 103, Providence, RI 02909). Get Directions. We will have a selection of plant starts. Delivery is also available through Farm Fresh RI's Market Mobile program.

Our live starters are grown in Vermont Compost Company soil and other organic mediums. We are proud to use and support organic companies! We grow using only organic fertilizers and source only NON-GMO seed from many great companies like Johnny's, High Mowing, Fedco, Territorial, Baker Creek, and more.
